CVS Shopping Trip

I just wanted to post this one a little differently so you could not only see the great deals but how to keep your out of pocket to a minimum.  I took the family to CVS today to get milk since they are offering $1 ECB back on a gallon, limit 2.  While we were there we found that they were still offering their Buy 3 Get $4 ECB on Garnier Fructis which I did not see in the ad but has been the store for a week or two.  When I scanned my card at the in-store coupon machine I also received a coupon to get $3 off the purchase of 3 bags of candy which were already 3 for $9.  Along with everything else I already had my 25% off coupon loaded onto my Extra Care Card from the email I received.  Here's how I split the transactions and rolled my ECB's to make the most of my savings.

Summary:
Transaction 1
Bought 3 Garnier Fructise products for a total of $13.37, received $4 ECB's
Bought 2 gallons of milk for a total of $7.58, received $2 ECB's
- $5.23 (from 25% discount coupon in email)
Total spent = $15.72 and received $6 ECB's (54% savings)

Transaction 2
Bought 3 bags of Halloween candy for $9
- 1 CVS coupon for $3 off 3 Twizzlers, Hershey's or Nestle's candy  = $6
Used $6 in ECB's from first transaction to pay for everything but the tax
