Starting Wednesday, September 2, the new Winn-Dixie ad breaks with lots of great deals. There are plenty of BOGO items to give you two for the price of one but two of Winn-Dixie's old favorites are here as well. Make A Meal and What A Deal are both promotions you'll find in a lot of Winn-Dixie ads throughout the year and the concept is simple. Buy one certain item at sale or regular price and receive a number of others for free. Here is what that looks like this week:
Make A Meal:
Buy 2 Digiorno pizzas for $14.98 (regular price) and receive a box of PretzelDogs, a box of Winn-Dixie Breadsticks and a 1.5 quart container of Mayfield ice cream.
Summary:
2 Digiorno pizzas @ $14.98
+ PretzelDogs (regular $4.99) free
+ Winn-Dixie breadsticks (regular $2.39) free
+ Mayfield ice cream (regular $6.49) free = total of $14.98 (value of $28.85; 48% savings)
What A Deal:
Buy 1 Gain laundry detergent (48-64 loads) for $11.99 (regular price) and receive a 40 ct box of Gain fabric softener sheets, a 64 oz bottle of Winn-Dixie bleach, a 39 load bottle of Gain liquid fabric softener and a 24 oz bottle of Gain dishwashing liquid.
Summary:
1 48-64 load bottle of Gain laundry detergent @ $11.99
+ Gain 40 ct fabric softener sheets (regular $2.99) free
+ Winn-Dixie 64 oz bleach (regular $2.15) free
+ Gain 39 load liquid fabric softener (regular $3.99) free
+ Gain 24 oz dishwashing liquid (regular $2.39) free = total of $11.99 (value of $23.51; 49% savings)
I don't know about you but I love getting things I can use for free. Now, like many of the deals at Winn-Dixie you will need a customer loyalty card but they are free to get and give you the benefit not only of discounts but savings on gas for your car and the ability to clip coupons directly to the card. The cashier can also scan a card for you but you not only lose out on the fuel savings and digital coupon benefit deals like these two often won't work unless you are using your own card so you should get and keep one.
